Returns & exchange
You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from www.upscalesocks.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and original packaging. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. The exchange has to be of equal or lesser value. Unfortunately, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost. When returning items, please message us here.

Q: When can I expect my order to ship? A: Upscale Socks ships Monday – Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and ready to send out. We do our best to send your order out as soon as possible! Q: I am anxious to receive my package! How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: Orders typically take 2-7 days from the ship date for them to arrive. Priority Mail is faster and takes a few days at the most to arrive. It depends on where you are located in relation to us. Feel free to send an email if you have any questions about your order. Q: I would like to cancel my order. How can I do that? A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped (most orders ship within 24 hours) we will not be able to cancel your order but we will be glad to offer you other options. Q: I am not completely satisfied with my order. What is your return policy? A: We will gladly exchange or refund your order if you have received damaged or defective socks.
